Polaris Aviation Solutions, a private aviation management company founded in 2007, operates a global enterprise with a key office in Georgia. They offer aircraft management, charters, and consulting for a global clientele. Managing an aviation fleet from helicopters to large jets, Polaris is known for its personalized service, transparency, and integrity.

As their Georgia office furniture supplier, we undertook the task of designing and installing multiple suites across two floors using our O2 Modular Office Wall System. The project emphasized non-powered wall configurations, acoustic control along with a 4 pack of office benching tailored to team productivity. This comprehensive office design successfully transformed shell spaces into highly functional and visually streamlined work environments.

Each suite featured enclosed modular offices measuring 10'x9', 10'x10', or 12'x11'-8", built with 107"H and 103"H system panels. Hinged solid or glass-insert doors reinforced individualized access.

The workstations were configured with powered office benching units, each accompanied by grey office desks, 13"H frosted glass privacy screens, and box box file mobile pedestals with cushion.

This setup encourages flexible office seating and informal interaction, demonstrating our expertise in providing ergonomic office solutions. The cohesive finishes—Ace Platinum fabric, Satin Stainless trim, and laminate—support both acoustic functionality and a clean aesthetic.
